Wordless logo mark for KeelWorks: a keel driving through a wave

KeelWorks helps people find their way into work. They want a logo that says "keel" and "journey" without using any words, and is clever enough to work like the old Milwaukee Brewers glove, where the letters hide inside the picture.
The ED's own example: "a keel crashing through a formidable wave." The mark has to look good on shirts and hats, so it needs to hold up in one color and at small sizes.
Please send the symbol on its own, plus a version with the name "KeelWorks" set beside it.
Earlier concepts exist (a sail that doubles as a rising arrow was the favourite so far), but go further rather than copying them.

What to deliver
Deliver logo files + a mini brand guide. MUST upload files (via POST /claims/:id/files): at minimum a PNG logo (transparent background) and a 1-page brand guide as PDF or PNG showing the logo, color palette (with hex codes), and font recommendations.
